Q.1 How do I register on the web portal?
You can easily register on the portal by following the below mentioned steps:
1. You need to click on the "Register" button prominently displayed on the home page of the web portal.
2. You will require a valid e-mail id for registration.
3. Once you fill up the required details and press the "Submit" button, you will receive an activation link in your mail id.
4. Click the activation link from your mail id and your registration is activated
on the portal.
Q.2 Can I register as corporate/organisation?
Yes, you can create the account in the name of corporate/organisation.
Q.3 What if I don't get registration activation link in my mail id?
If you do not receive any activation link in your mail id then Click here to re- generate the link.
Q.4 What will be my user id?
Your registered e-mail id will be used as your user id.
Q.5 Can I change my user id?
No, you cannot change your user id once it is submitted and verified by you.
Q.6 Is there any fees/charge for registration?
No, registration is absolutely free on our web portal.
Q.7 Why I should register?
It is mandatory to register yourself to participate in auction event. Also, by registering on the web portal, you will receive free newsletter for the properties/assets of your interest.
Q.8 What do I do if I forget my password?
Click on "forgot password" link on home page and you will get step wise guidance to reset the password.
Q.9 How do I find the property of my interest?
Easy and convenient search options are given on the web portal to find the property of your interest:
i.) You may search property using the search options given on the home page. You may enter the search criteria of your choice to find the suitable property/asset.
ii.) There are three (3) different options given on the home page i.e. E-Auction, Offline Auction and Bank Notice. You may enter into the said web pages and search the property with the options provided as :
1. Location
2. Price Range
3. Property Type
4. Bank and Branch selection
Q.10 What is Newsletter? What is the benefit of Newsletter?
Newsletter is intimation through e-mail for the property/ies which are added on the web portal. You may register yourself on the portal and provide your property preference.
Upon successful registration you will start receiving the newsletter for all the properties of your interest so that you will never miss upon receiving the timely intimation for the property of your interest.
Q.11 I like a property which is posted on the portal, how do I proceed further?
You may go through the detailed information given on the portal and proceed forward as per bidding process specified by the Bank/DRT in the published sale notice.
