MITCON was formed as a technical consultancy organisation in 1982 jointly by ICICI, IDBI, IFCI, SICOM, MIDC, MSSIDC and various banks.

We are headquartered at Pune (India) and have presence across the country through our offices at Mumbai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Nagpur which are equipped with high speed communication network with state of the art infrastructure.

Over the last three decades, we have gained proficiency in providing corporate solutions in power generation , energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate change and environmental management sectors. Over the years, we have diversified into providing services to banking, infrastructure and biotechnology sectors. We provide solutions to our clients depending on their requirements inter alia including feasibility studies, detailed project reports, techno economic feasibility reports, financial syndication, lender's engineer services, Environment Impact Assessment (EIA), basic and detailed engineering, bid process management, project management, cluster development, technical/ financial restructuring, energy audits, corporate debt restructuring, valuations , due diligence, qualitative and market research, assets/ business valuation and consultation services in wind power project registration.

Further, MITCON is a market leader in the field of “SERFEASI Advisory” and is empanelled with nearly all the Banks and FIs as an “Enforcement Agency” and has a Pan India presence.

We also conduct IT based training courses and variety of skill based training programs.

He has more than 25 years of national and international exposure with an immaculate blend of experience with leading consulting firms and industries. In the past he was associated with elite consultants like KPMG and BRESCON on one hand and conglomerates like Indo Rama and Bajaj on the other.

He possess opulent expertise in resolution, reconstruction, and investment in impaired loans and assets and at the same time has exposure to all aspects of corporate finance , debt restructuring, mezzanine financing, growth funding and business re-engineering

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a post graduate degree in Business Management.

He has more than 15 years of rich experience spread across management consulting, Business Valuation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Advising on Rehabilitation of Sick Units, IPO management, Project Finance, Working Capital Finance, Financial Restructuring and Re-capitalisation.

Apart from above stated areas he specializes in resolution of stressed assets and loans.

Formerly associated with Mehta Integrated Finance Ltd a Category I Merchant Banker, Ahmedabad over where, he was credited with more than 50 Public Issues under his belt.

Has more than 15 years of expertise in the field of IPO Management, Private equity, Debt Market, Project Finance, FRE, Retail recovery for banks and telecommunication companies.

He also lends legal advisory in the field of corporate laws to our cliental and at the same time is actively involved in recovery of loans through negotiations, civil and criminal proceedings.
